The documentation for the Judo Scoreboard and the Judo Tournament Manager is in the standard Windows Help file format. It's included in the install package, but it's also available here.

Microsoft .NET 4.0

The Judo Scoreboard and Judo Tournament Manager use the Microsoft .NET framework. If you don't already have this installed on your computer, you can download it here. It wouldn't surprise me if that link stops working at some point, as Microsoft likes to redesign their site every few months. If the link is broken, try a Google search for "Microsoft .NET 4.0 Runtime".
